At mu•ceramics, every piece is handmade with care, which means slight variations in shape, glaze, and color are part of the uniqueness of each item.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition,
- safely packed in the original packaging if possible,
- and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note:
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us:
- your order number,
- photos of the damaged item,
- and photos of the packaging.
We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
